By default, all stories created using Remento are private to only those with access to the account. All invited users to the Storyteller’s account will be notified when a new story is recorded.

If you'd like to share an individual story with someone who is not invited to the book or if you'd like to share it on Facebook, Instagram, or other social sites, you can do that, too.

  1. Go to the story you'd like to share

  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom

  3. Copy the link and share via text, email, or on your favorite social networks

Anyone can view a story once it's shared, and sharing stories is a great way to celebrate the Storyteller!

📲 Share everywhere

Now you can share this link through:

  • Text messages to family group chats

  • Email to friends and extended family

  • Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

  • Family communication apps like WhatsApp or Slack

💡Important to know:

  • Public access: Anyone with the shared link can view that specific story

  • One-story access: Shared links only provide access to the individual story you've shared, not your entire Remento account

  • Family control: Only invited family collaborators can access your full story collection and help choose prompts
