Your privacy and data ownership are important to us at Remento. All the recordings and written stories created on Remento are your property. The written stories are printed in your book and can be downloaded digitally via our e-book feature. The recordings, video or audio, will continue to be stored on Remento and can be watched when you scan the QR code in your book or by visiting Remento's website. But if you would like to download your recordings and store them yourself, you can do this right from Remento's website. Moreover, users have long-term access to their recordings through their Remento account, regardless of their subscription status. However, to ensure perpetual availability, it's recommended to download your recordings proactively for personal storage. Additionally, all your video recordings on Remento are preserved in their complete form. Even if you choose options like transcripts or first-person narrative formats, the original video remains untouched and accessible.
