Want to learn more about the types of notifications Remento sends?

How do I change my notification preferences?

You can change the types of notification messages you receive from Remento directly from your settings page.

  1. Tap "My account" in the bottom left corner.

  2. Tap "Edit notification settings"

3. Select or unselect which notifications you'd like to receive.

Note: This list of notifications will be tailored to the project(s) you have access to.

How do I change my storyteller's notification preferences?

If your storyteller hasn't yet logged into Remento, you can manage their notification settings on their behalf.

  1. Tap "Project settings" on the left navigation bar.

  2. Tap "Manage notification settings"

3. Select or unselect which notifications you'd like them to receive.

πŸ‘‰ Note: You can only modify their notifications if your storyteller hasn't signed into Remento and claimed their account. Once they do, they'll have to change their preferences themselves.

How can I opt-in to receive SMS (text) messages?

If you didn't provide your phone number during checkout, simply:

  1. Log in to your Remento account.

  2. Navigate to "My account"

  3. Tap "Edit profile"

  4. Provide your phone number and press the save button.

How can I opt-out of SMS (text) messages?

You can remove your phone number from your account (see video below).

Alternatively, you can also reply to an SMS from Remento with the word STOP. This will permanently turn off SMS notifications from Remento until you text UNSTOP.

How can I unsubscribe from Remento's marketing emails?

You may occasionally receive Remento emails featuring discounts, promotions, and new products. You can unsubscribe from any other emails by tapping the "Unsubscribe" hyperlink in any promotional email Remento sent.
