FAQ

How do I change my storyteller's email address?

To change your storyteller's email address, simply log into your Remento account, navigate to "Project settings" in the left navigation bar, and tap "Edit storyteller details." If you don't see that option, it means your storyteller has already logged into Remento, and you'll need our customer support team to help change it.

Can my storyteller change their own email?
Not directly through the platform. They'll need to contact support or ask you to help coordinate the change.

How long before the new email starts receiving prompts?
Email changes typically take effect within 24 hours. The next weekly prompt will go to the new address.

Can I change emails after the book is printed?
Yes! Email addresses can be changed at any time during or after the storytelling year.
