Can I record more than one prompt at a time?

Updated this week

When you are recording a memory with Remento, you will see an option to "Record Another Story" on the last screen of your recording experience.

From here, the system will recommend prompts based on what’s most relevant or engaging. You can browse previously sent prompts, see prompts that are trending on Remento, and the upcoming prompts on your list. If you see a prompt you would like to answer, tap the "Record my answer" button and you can start recording that memory.

Received Prompts. All prompts that were previously sent to the Storyteller but remain unanswered.

Trending Prompts. Up to 10 prompts that are currently popular and widely used by others in Remento.

Upcoming Prompts. Up to 4 prompts that are scheduled to be sent to the Storyteller next.

How do I skip prompts that don’t apply to me?

If a prompt doesn’t apply to you or you’d rather skip it, just tap the “Not Interested” option. This will remove the prompt from your active list.

Changed your mind? You can undo the action right away. All prompts you’ve marked as “Not Interested” will still be available in your Prompts tab if you’d like to review or restore them later.

Can I save or edit the prompts I choose?

Yes, you can save a trending prompt for later by bookmarking it—this will save the prompt in the Upcoming prompts section that you can access the next time you record a story. We will also send you a saved prompt per your notification settings. You can click again on the bookmark to un-save the prompt.

Yes, you can edit the prompts you’ve selected. When want to make changes, just tap the pencil icon next to the prompt, edit as needed, then tap Save or Record.

Can I write my own prompt or upload a photo?

Yes, you can create your own prompts, upload a photo, or explore Remento’s full library of prompts. If none of the recommended prompts feel right, simply tap the “Pick My Own Prompts” button to access these options:

  1. Upload a photo

  2. Write your own prompt

  3. Choose from the Remento question bank

How can I catch up on the prompts I missed?

You can catch up on missed prompts in a few different ways:

  • After finishing a recording, tap “Record Another Story” to continue right away.

  • Visit the Prompts tab to view all sent and upcoming prompts.

  • From the Home page, tap “Record a Story” to be taken directly to your list of sent prompts.

These options make it easy to pick up where you left off and keep the stories flowing!
