Change the date, time, or frequency of prompts
By default, Remento sends storytelling prompts every Wednesday. However, you can easily change the day, frequency, and time that prompts are sent. Remento generally delivers one prompt per week across a full year, enabling users to maintain a steady but manageable rhythm for recording their stories and memories.
To change your prompt date, time, or frequency:
Visit your Project Settings
Go to the Prompt Settings section
Select the Edit prompt settings link
Select the days of the week you would like to receive prompts and update the time you would like the prompt sent (pictured here).
Tip: To receive a prompt every day, select all 7 days of the week.
Understanding Prompt Frequency and Project Timeline
Adjusting the frequency of prompts can have a significant impact on your project timeline. For example, by answering two prompts per week instead of one, you could complete your project in approximately six months instead of a year. Maintaining an increased pace consistently could also result in a richer collection of memories over time.

Can I send prompts on-demand / instantly?
Yes! You don't need to wait until the day when your prompts are set to be sent to record. Tap "Send Now" next to the prompt to send it immediately. To update your time zone, visit your account settings. We send out prompts in the time zone selected for the Storyteller's account.
