Join through your invitation. Whether you received an email invitation or a signup link, getting started is simple:
Click the invitation link you received via email or text
Tap "Get started" on the welcome screen
Complete the account creation process by adding your name and email address
Agree to the Remento Terms of Service and tap Continue to create your collaborator account
Discovering personalized prompts for your storyteller
As a collaborator, you can customize your storyteller’s profile by adding their pronouns, date of birth, location, and interests. This information helps Remento provide personalized prompt suggestions.

How to get personalized prompt suggestions for your storyteller:
Go to the Prompts tab in your dashboard
Click on the 🪄 Personalize prompts" section
Answer the guided questions about your storyteller
Submit all answers when complete
Review the 10 custom recommendations our system generates
Select the prompts you'd like to add to your storyteller's queue
As a collaborator, you currently cannot record your own stories. If you do record, they will appear as if they are the storyteller sharing them.

Yes, you can update your answers! The personalization questionnaire can be retaken whenever you want to refine or add more information about your storyteller.

Can I order a copy of the book as a collaborator?
Yes, you can order as many copies of the book as you’d like and choose which stories to include.
Can I add my own custom prompts?
Yes! Beyond recommendations, you can explore Remento’s full prompt library or create your own based on photos, memories, or topics that matter to you.
Do I need to create my own account or pay anything?
No payment required! You're joining someone else's Remento subscription as a collaborator. You won't have your own separate account - instead, you'll have access to help manage and view your storyteller's project.
