If you've purchased the Remento bundle and have successfully registered your first storyteller (e.g., picked a gift date, gift message, and prompts) but are having an issue registering your second storyteller, this guide is for you.
Step 1: Begin checkout for your 2nd storyteller
Navigate to https://web.remento.co/signin?redirect=/checkout
Be sure to log in with the email you used to purchase Remento.
Step 2: Register your 2nd storyteller
Complete your registration for the second storyteller, including adding their name, email, delivery date, and gift message. Note that their email address must be different from the first storyteller's.

Step 3: Finalize their registration
Once you have added their gift information, you will be redirected to a payment screen. You should not see a balance here unless you've just added additional book credits or an e-book to the order.
If you see a balance here, simply add the coupon code listed in the email we sent you after you purchased the bundle called "Action required: Send out your gifts!πβ (from notifications@remento.co) under the headline "Setting up your second gift recipient."
If for any reason that coupon code doesn't work, please try the coupon code listed under the headline "Setting up your first gift recipient.
π° If you have already purchased the bundle, you will be asked to provide your credit card again. However, it won't be charged unless you want to purchase additional e-books or book credits.

Why do I need to provide my credit card details again?
We collect your credit card information to extend your subscription for an additional year only if you want to tell stories for more than a year. However, if you're not interested in renewing, you can instantly turn off auto-renew in your settings, which will not impact your experience using the product over the subsequent year.
