How do I access the virtual recording studio?
You can access the recording studio from either:
Your email: Find the email from Remento in your inbox, tap Share my story to open the Remento recording studio.
From within Remento: See below.
How do I access the recording studio from within Remento?
Login to https://web.remento.co/
Find the prompt you’d like to record from the In progress section under the Prompts page.
If you’re on a computer, laptop, or horizontally-oriented tablet:
Tap the Record button.
If you’re on a mobile device or portrait-oriented tablet:
Tap to open the prompt
Select the three-dot icon
Tap Record now
How long can I record for?
You can record for up to 30 minutes per session. Have more to say?
Tip: Have more than 30 minutes of memories to share about a prompt? Simply tap Re-record and you'll be able to record a "part 2."
How do I know if my recording was successfully uploaded?
You'll know you've successfully uploaded your story when you see confetti bursting on the page to celebrate your accomplishment! 🎉
Typically, our system processes your video in real time, so you won't often have to wait more than a few seconds to see some confetti bursting on your screen letting you know the recording has been uploaded. 🎊
