How do I pause prompts for me or my storyteller??
You can pause your storyteller's series in the Project settings page. While the series is paused, your storyteller won't receive email notifications that it's time to record. You'll always be able to send individual stories while the series is paused.
Here's how to do it:
Log in to https://web.remento.co/
Navigate to the Project settings page.
Find the Prompt settings section.
Tap the Pause prompts hyperlink.
Confirm you’d like to pause the series by tapping Pause prompts.
How do I resume prompts for me or my storyteller?
Ready to resume your series? From the banner across the app, or from within the Project settings page, tap "Resume prompts," and your series will pick up where it left off.
