What "Story processing" means
When you finish recording a story, Remento's Speech-to-Story™ technology gets to work transforming your recording into a beautifully written narrative. During this process, you'll see a "Story processing..." screen.
Normally, this takes:
Audio recordings: 2-5 minutes
Video recordings: 5-10 minutes
Longer recordings: Up to 15 minutes for 20+ minute stories
When processing gets stuck
Sometimes recordings can get stuck in processing for longer than expected. This can happen due to:
Audio quality issues - Background noise or very quiet recordings
Technical glitches - Temporary server or connection issues
High system load - During busy periods when many people are recording
What to do if your story stays "processing"
⏰ Wait 30 minutes first
Give the system time to complete processing, especially for longer recordings or during busy periods.
