How do I download recordings?
All the content created on Remento is your property and can be downloaded anytime for backup directly from within your Remento account.
You can download each individual recording following the instructions below.
Login to https://web.remento.co
Navigate to the page that says Stories.
Find then tap to open the story in question.
Tap the Three-dot icon, then tap Download recording.
Desktop view.
Mobile view.
This will begin a download of your recording immediately.
