What's the difference between a Remento e-book and a physical book?
The main differences are format (digital vs. print) and price. An e-book is an electronic copy of your book, and Remento's physical books are hardcover, color-printed books that are printed and shipped to our customers. E-books cost $49.99, while physical book prices vary based on page count. E-books can also be updated for free after purchase and downloaded as many times as you would like.
How long does it take to receive my e-book after purchase?
You should receive your e-book via email within a few minutes of completing your purchase.
Can Remento email my family member or friend an e-book?
No, Remento sends your e-book to the person who has a Remento account and is choosing to export and download the e-book. The file we send can then be sent to anyone via email.
Do I need to purchase an e-book for every person I want to give to?
No, you only need to purchase an e-book once for a project, then you, the Storyteller, and collaborators can all have access to create an e-book.
