How does my Remento subscription work?
How does my Remento subscription work?
Updated over a week ago

Your family stories are a bestseller in the making. Let's explore how Remento helps you craft this priceless legacy, one memory at a time.

What's in my Remento subscription?

When you purchase Remento, you're unlocking a year of storytelling for a single storyteller. Specifically, that includes:

  • One Storyteller account

  • Unlimited stories for an entire year

  • Unlimited use of our Speech-to-Story™ to turn recordings into writing

  • A year of digital storage for all your memories and recordings

Renewing my subscription

If you're still working on your book or want to start new book projects, you'll want to renew your Remento subscription. Here's how renewal works:

  • $99/year or $12/month to continue your subscription

  • Covers all Storytellers on your account

  • Allows you to keep editing existing stories and adding new ones

Creating and managing projects

At any point during your subscription, you can create new projects for existing storytellers for free. Each project can be thought of as a separate book.

Adding more storytellers to your account

We know that every family member has stories to share. Expand your family's narrative by adding more Storytellers to your existing account for a one-time fee of $99, which includes unlimited stories for a year and one hardcover book for that storyteller to redeem.

Pro tip: Adding a new Storyteller resets your subscription clock. For example, if you add a Storyteller on March 1, 2025, your new renewal date becomes March 1, 2026.

What happens if I don't renew?

If you don't renew, you'll have view-only access to all projects associated with your subscription. You can still order books with existing stories, but you won't be able to edit stories, record new ones, or start new projects.

Canceling your Remento subscription

The billing owner of an account can cancel their subscription at any point from the "My Account" section to avoid being renewed. If you cancel within 30 days of the initial purchase, you're entitled to a full refund of your purchase.
