Each additional storyteller costs a one-time $99 fee and includes full-year access plus one book credit. Adding a Storyteller resets your renewal date for ALL Storytellers to one year from the date of addition.
Example: You purchase Remento for your mom in December 2024. You then purchase Remento for your dad in March 2025. Both your mom and dad will remain active until the anniversary of your dad's gift delivery date in March 2026, when your subscription renews.
Add-ons
Extra copies of your book: Additional copies of your book are available as hardcover editions (up to 200 pages each) for $69 (USD) per copy. If you’d like to expand your book, you can increase it to up to 380 pages for an additional $30 USD.
E-books: Share your stories digitally with an e-book version. Includes the same beautiful formatting and QR codes linking to original recordings.
Professional photo digitization: Add Legacybox photo digitization service to convert your old physical photos into digital files you can include in your Remento book. Pricing varies by quantity selected. This add-on is only available within the US.

Renewal Options
The first year includes everything needed to capture and preserve meaningful memories. After the first year, the optional subscription keeps everything going smoothly, enabling the storyteller to continue creating new prompts, recording new memories, and transforming those recordings into beautifully written stories. These features require ongoing support, and the subscription helps provide that experience.
If the project host has finished creating the book, they can turn off automatic renewal to avoid further charges. They will still retain access to all the memories and content already created.
If they decide to continue and extend the project, the following renewal options are available.

No, you’ll only be charged a single renewal fee regardless of how many Storytellers you’ve added.
How does renewal billing work with multiple Storytellers?
Renewal billing is applied once per account, even if you have multiple Storytellers.
Can I pause my subscription?
Pausing isn’t available, but you can cancel and resubscribe anytime to regain access.
What are my options for renewing my Remento subscription?
You can renew your subscription on an annual or monthly basis, regardless of how many Storytellers are included.
Will I lose my stories if I don’t renew?
No. All stories remain safely stored and viewable; you just won’t be able to create new content until you resubscribe.
How often does my annual subscription auto-renew?
Annual subscriptions auto-renew 12 months after the start date of your most recent purchase or gift delivery.
What happens to my subscription date when I add a new Storyteller?
Adding a new Storyteller restarts your digital subscription. For example, if your initial subscription started on January 1, 2024, and you add a new Storyteller on March 1, 2024, your new renewal date becomes March 1, 2025.
