Before you cancel
Before taking steps to cancel, consider:
Cancelling means you'll lose the ability to edit stories or create new ones
We offer the chance to renew into a monthly plan for $12/month. This might be a good option if you would like additional months to finish recording stories, editing stories, and adding photos to your book. Learn more
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period and you can still access and enjoy all features during this time
How to cancel your account
Log in to your Remento account
Navigate to "My Account" in the bottom left corner on desktop or by clicking on ≡ symbol on mobile.
Under the section called "Subscription details," select "Manage Subscriptions" and then select "Cancel auto-renewal."
Don't see "Subscription Settings"?: Only the billing owner associated with your family's Remento account (who shared their credit card number) can adjust their subscription details. If you'd like to make a change to your subscription settings and don't see this option, shoot us an email: support@remento.co
What happens after you cancel
Your account will remain fully active until the end of your current billing period. If you have selected to cancel, your account will become inactive once your current subscription expires and you'll have view-only access to all projects associated with your subscription.
Note: Even with an inactive account, you can still order books, re-order books (print a book that you have previously ordered) and view all recordings and stories.
Reactivating your account
You can resubscribe at any time to Remento.
Reactivation restores full access to all features
Your new subscription starts on the day you renew
To resubscribe:
Log in to Remento
Click on the banner at the top of the site
Make your plan selection on the next page.

Will I lose all my stories if I cancel?
No, you'll still have view-only access to all your existing stories.
Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-subscription?
We don't offer partial refunds, but you'll retain full access until the end of your paid period.
If I resubscribe later, will my old stories and projects still be there?
Yes, all your content will be right where you left it, ready for new chapters.
