How do I cancel auto-renewal?

Your Remento subscription will renew after your first year to allow you to continue telling stories. If you're not interested in renewing, you can cancel your auto-renewal without any impact to your account prior to the renewal date.

Here is how to cancel auto-renewal:

  1. Navigate to "My account": This can be found by pressing your profile button, either on the lower left on a computer or by pressing the 3 horizontal lines on mobile/tablet.

  2. Click on Manage subscription

3. Press "Cancel auto-renewal"

Don't see "Subscription Settings"?: Only the billing owner associated with your family's Remento account (who shared their credit card number) can adjust their subscription details. If you'd like to make a change to your subscription settings and don't see this option, shoot us an email.


Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose all my stories if I turn off auto-renew?

No, you'll still have view-only access to all your existing stories.
