Your Remento subscription will renew after your first year to allow you to continue telling stories. If you're not interested in renewing, you can cancel your auto-renewal without any impact to your account prior to the renewal date.
Here is how to cancel auto-renewal:
Log in to Your Remento Account: Use your credentials to access your account.
Navigate to "My Account":
On desktop: Look for "My Account" at the bottom-left corner of the page.
On mobile: Tap the hamburger menu (≡ symbol) to access the "My Account" option.
Go to "Subscription Details": Within "My Account," locate the section labeled "Subscription details."
Select "Manage Subscriptions": From here, access the option to manage your subscriptions.
Cancel Auto-Renewal: Once in the subscription management area, select the "Cancel auto-renewal" option.
Confirm the Cancellation: Follow the prompts to finalize your decision.
Don't see "Subscription Settings"?: Only the billing owner associated with your family's Remento account (who shared their credit card number) can adjust their subscription details. If you'd like to make a change to your subscription settings and don't see this option, shoot us an email.
What Happens After You Cancel?
You will not be charged again at the end of your current billing period.
You will continue to have full access to your subscription features until your current term expires.
Your stories and recordings will remain saved in your account.
